What does the entry ticket include?

General Admission includes access to the venue and to the 10 interactive country workshops. Luna-Park rides and the theatrical show are charged separately.

Are there any offers?

Yes. Current offers appear during ticket purchase, depending on the period and day of your visit.

✦ Visit & Hours

What are the opening hours?

Hours differ between the two periods (21 November – 22 December and 23 December – 6 January). See the full table on the “Dates & Hours” page, along with the 31/12 and 1/1 exceptions.

✦ Children & Families

How does the family package work?

The Family Package is for 4 people—specifically, 2 adults and 2 children—and all 4 people must be present at the time of entry. For the period November 21–December 22, it is valid only on weekends, while for the period December 23–January 6, it is valid daily.

How does the Passport of 10 Countries work?

You pick up your Passport, travel through the 10 interactive workshops and collect the flag of every country you discover.

✦ Theatrical Show

Does the theatre ticket include entry to the Factory?

Yes. Every theatre ticket also covers entry to the ΔΕΗ Christmas Factory on the day of the performance. Admission to the show itself is not free.

Are Luna-Park rides charged separately?

Yes, they are charged per ride. Full pricing and age limits are on the “Games” page.

✦ Accessibility

Is the venue accessible?

Yes. The venue is accessible for people with disabilities and reduced mobility, with ramps, level routes and accessible restrooms.

✦ Getting There & Parking

Is there parking?

The private City Parking operates near Technopolis, along with other facilities in the wider Kerameikos area. They are independent, charge a fee, and are not run by the organisers.

How do I get here by public transport?

By metro, “Kerameikos” station (line 3) — the entrance is ~50m away. Buses 049, 815, 838, 914, B18, C18 and trolley 21 also serve the venue.
